Since first opened in 1968 the Alley Theater has been recognized country wide becoming a leader in non-profit theaters and an acclaimed and accomplished performing arts institution. 

Only between 2015 and 2016 have been presented over 500 performances producing more presentations than any other art organization in Houston even fighting with all of them combined.

And we are in presence one more time of a building with a large powerful history where the first beneficiary has become Houston and its cultural legacy with the years going by.

The curtain time in the Alley Theater are Tuesday to Thursday at 7:30 pm, Friday at 8 pm, Saturday at 2:30 pm and 8 pm and Sunday at 2:30 pm and 7: 30 pm. The lobby at the theater opens 60 minutes before curtain time and for seating it opens 30 minutes before the play starts and do not forget to pre-order your drink for the intermission and save the time in the line.

For respect to the public and performing actors, late arrivals will be placed in different seats than the ones originally purchased once the play has started. 

Smoking and photograph are absolutely forbidden.
